Who is responsible

LA Digital ApS, operating SiteRotate, is the data controller. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@siterotate.com.

The iOS app

SiteRotate is a personal tracking app for insulin pump infusion site history. It works without an account, advertising, or cloud sync. Placement history, grid contents, logged outcomes, camera frames, photos, and local detection results stay on your iPhone. SiteRotate does not sell your data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Usage analytics

SiteRotate collects limited first-party usage analytics after you consent. These analytics cover opening the app, completing onboarding, changing whether reminders are enabled, choosing a feedback channel without the feedback contents, and a small allowlist of client error codes without stack traces or arbitrary text.

Analytics events include random installation, session, and event identifiers, timestamps, app version and build, iOS version, locale, and the analytics schema version. They do not include placement history, grid contents, logged outcomes, camera or model data, navel detections, insulin or other health information, names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, precise location, reminder times, free-form feedback, or arbitrary error text.

You can decline analytics without losing the app’s core features. If you withdraw consent in Settings, SiteRotate stops future collection, removes pending analytics from the device, and rotates its random analytics identifiers. Withdrawal cannot retract an event already delivered while consent was granted.

Beta mailing list

If you join the beta list, LA Digital ApS processes the email address you provide and, if you choose to provide it, your name. The legal basis is your consent. This information is used only for launch news, beta invitations, and closely related SiteRotate updates. Joining the list does not create an app account.

Signups use double opt-in: your address is added to the active list only after you confirm it by email. Every mailing includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Service providers

The mailing list is managed in a self-hosted Listmonk instance. Amazon Simple Email Service delivers messages, and Cloudflare provides DNS, web hosting, and the secure connection to the mailing-list server. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata when necessary to deliver and protect their services. If processing occurs outside the EEA, LA Digital ApS relies on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Mailing-list information is kept while you remain subscribed or while it is needed to document consent and process suppression requests. Unsubscribing stops marketing mail. Limited suppression information may be retained to make sure SiteRotate does not send to an unsubscribed, bounced, or complained address again.

Your contact

You may ask LA Digital ApS for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of mailing-list data. You may also withdraw consent or complain to Datatilsynet. Email hello@siterotate.com to exercise these rights. Do not include medical information in email.
